What we do
MyIPLookup turns an IP address into readable, useful information. Paste any IPv4 or IPv6 address and we show its approximate location, network operator and ASN, privacy signals, and a map marker — all in one screen, without signup.
Why we built it
Most IP lookup sites are cluttered with ads, slow third-party calls or confusing raw data. We wanted something fast and clean: a single lookup box, a clear result panel, and a map that works. The same engine powers our internal tools, so the data stays consistent.
Data we use
- IP ranges and ASN: iptoasn data, refreshed daily.
- Geolocation: DB-IP City Lite (country, region, city, coordinates), refreshed monthly.
- Map tiles: served through our own proxy for reliability and privacy.
Results are cached briefly on our server to keep lookups fast. We do not build a search history of the addresses you look up.
Privacy first
No account is required, and we do not sell personal data. For details about what is processed and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy
IP geolocation is approximate: city-level results can be tens of kilometres off, and VPN or mobile connections may show the exit location. Treat the information as a strong hint, not a precise address.
